How It Works
Step 01
Choose Your Service
Select how you'd like us to assist. If you already have a listing, use Personal Shopping. If you're searching for something difficult to find, choose Item Sourcing.
Step 02
Submit the Details
Provide the item link or describe what you're looking for. Include brand, budget, preferences, or partial information. We evaluate feasibility before proceeding.
Step 03
Verification & Invoice
We confirm availability in Japan, verify condition, communicate with sellers, and negotiate when possible. A detailed invoice is issued. Nothing is purchased until you approve and complete payment.
Step 04
Shipping & Dispatch
Once the item arrives in Japan, shipping is calculated and a separate invoice is issued. After payment, the item is dispatched internationally with tracking.
